Roberts Sinto is currently seeking a Direct Marketing Specialist to join our Team in Grand Ledge, MI

What You Will Do

Sinto America is seeking a Direct Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our equipment, aftermarket parts, and service businesses. This role will develop marketing campaigns, create technical content, manage customer databases, and drive customer engagement through digital, print, and direct outreach efforts.

Working closely with the sales, service, engineering, and parts teams, this position will develop compelling material and customer outreach initiatives that increase market visibility, support customer retention, generate qualified leads, and drive long-term business growth.

General

• Develop and manage targeted customer lists and CRM databases
• Create email, social media, digital, and print marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage internal and customer newsletters
• Photography, image editing, and file organization
• Produce technical content including catalogs, papers, brochures, spec sheets, articles, and videos. 
• Support trade show planning, promotion, and follow-up.
• Analyze customer and equipment data to identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, trade shows, etc. to strengthen customer relationship
• Manage customer communications, follow-up activities, and marketing touchpoints throughout the sales cycle.
• Research and implement AI and marketing automation tools.
• Analyze customer purchase history and installed equipment data to identify aftermarket sales opportunities. 

What We Want From You

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in direct marketing and inside sales
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Software
• Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaigns 
• ZoomInfo knowledge
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive customer outreach.
• CRM and digital marketing experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, industrial equipment, or foundry industry experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers solve problems and improve operations.
