In this role, you will run the day-to-day operations of our Great Clips salon, foster a positive team culture and deliver excellent customer service. Compensation is $50,000-$80,000 annually; it is up to you to build your future with us today. What are salon owners looking for in a great Salon Manager? Great communication skills A motivating attitude Top‑notch technical skills Flexible and organized Driven to achieve goals Licensed to cut hair Requirements: Cosmetology license and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
