Now Hiring: Production Packaging Associates – 1st Shift

New Holland, PA | $16.00/hr | Full-Time

Schedule: 6am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs with occasional Fri OT

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Packaging Associates for a growing food manufacturing facility in New Holland, PA. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity to join a stable company with long-term potential.

What You'll Do

Pack, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment
Inspect packaging, labels, seals, and product quality
Assemble boxes and operate packaging equipment
Make minor adjustments to labelers, tape machines, and conveyors
Complete production paperwork and enter basic data into computer systems
Use hand jacks and scales to move and verify products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following GMP and food safety standards

What We're Looking For

Previous packaging, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
Food manufacturing experience is a plus
Basic computer skills and experience using scanners
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
