Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Boca Raton, Florida. Primary Responsibilities Build and mentor a world-class finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Partner with the CEO to develop, implement, and execute a long-term strategic financial plan aligned with business objectives. Design and implement robust financial and accounting controls, including standard costing systems. Oversee internal and external financial reporting frameworks, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements. Ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial and accounting outputs, supervising key deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive accounting policies and procedures. Manage relationships with key third-party service providers, including auditors, tax advisors, and banks. Lead the preparation of financial reviews, audits, and tax compliance reports. Review and assess contracts as needed. Guide M&A efforts, overseeing due diligence and financial integration. Position the company for potential liquidity events such as an IPO or similar. Deliver financial presentations to the Board of Directors and internal/external stakeholders, including lenders. Execute special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 15 years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years as a CFO within a $200M+ manufacturing organization. Strong background in cost accounting, with the ability to implement accounting and financial systems that balance practicality and cost-efficiency. Extensive knowledge of GAAP and experience managing cash flow in complex business environments. CPA certification preferred. Experience leading internal and external financial audits, with a proven ability to prepare financial presentations for the Board. Experience in both public and private companies; familiarity with private equity firms is a plus. Expertise in foreign exchange and international cash management is desirable. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
