Job Summary The coordinator will work with technicians, mitigation and construction coordinators, and mitigation and construction supervisors to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes management of scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program on a daily basis by coordinators. Responsibilities Intake new losses via phone, email, and text. Monitor updates in DMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer. Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily. Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date. Update as needed daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing. Ordering materials testing for mold and asbestos for jobs. Review work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Possible experience within the industry. Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability. #J-18808-Ljbffr 1-800 Water Damage
