We are in search of a dynamic Dental Treatment Coordinator tocollaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental healthand smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice. Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday OFF Responsibilities Our Dental BenefitsCoordinator will be responsible for: Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. Develop productive schedules. Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits. Educate patients on their benefits and how to maximizethose benefits in an easy to follow way. Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on claims and ensure collections. Manage patient documents and records. Process and complete claim forms. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of working in a dental office Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits Preferred Qualifications: Experience with presenting Dental Treatment Plans Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix Strong knowledge of Dental operations Our commitment to inclusion is woven into the core of who we are.
