Senior Program Manager - USACIC

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. Responsibilities: · The Program Manager shall manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. · Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. · Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. Required qualifications/skills: · Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following: o High School Diploma : 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years -OR- o Associates Degree : 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. -OR- o Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. -OR- · Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years · Active Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) · A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence or related field, and · A minimum of 10 years combined management experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. · Experience leading large teams of 100 FTEs or more.
