Workplace Banking Relationship Manager

Drive new member growth through direct engagement with members and prospective members Promote checking, savings, certificate, lending, credit card, digital banking, mobile wallet, mortgage, and investment products Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies to increase memberships and product penetration Coordinate onsite and virtual outreach activities Conduct follow-up activities to drive member growth and product acquisition Identify opportunities to expand services offered to employer groups Manage member and prospect databases within the CRM platform Serve as primary contact for complex banking needs Conduct portfolio reviews and provide informed recommendations and customized solutions Resolve escalated member concerns Maintain sales activity logs and produce sales and sales projection reports Maintain relationships with strategic Workplace Banking partners Assist in developing financial literacy strategies Present webinars, seminars, workshops, digital content, and Lunch & Learn sessions Conduct one-on-one financial wellness consultations Participate in community events and activities Report to the VP, Workplace Member Growth & Financial Wellness Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Three to four years of retail banking experience with direct customer contact Strong PC skills, with emphasis on Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to build trust quickly and maintain professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence Strong consultative sales and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial institutions Fluency in Spanish preferred Financial counseling or advisory certifications are a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in driving member growth through direct engagement and consultative sales strategies, while maintaining strong relationships and compliance within the financial services sector.
