Employee Benefits Account Manager

Employee Benefits Account Manager Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized group accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, employees, and carriers. You will oversee enrollments, develop and present open enrollment materials, negotiate with carriers, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Compensation Package Salary Range : $75,000 - $90,000 annually Benefits Offered : Comprehensive benefits package Work Arrangement : Preferably onsite, with hybrid flexibility (1-2 days work-from-home) for the right candidate Responsibilities Manage a block of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, employees, and carriers Oversee enrollments and develop open enrollment materials, proposals, and benefits guides Negotiate with carriers to secure favorable terms for clients Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationshipsQuote new and renewal business to meet client needs Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records Qualifications/Requirements Licensure/Designations : Life & Health (L&H) license required Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management Proven ability to manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized group accounts Strong negotiation skills and experience working with carriers Proficiency in EPIC software or similar account management tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Jonus Group
