Full-Time Monday - Friday

Steering Components is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. Knowledgeable and experienced in automotive parts, purchase orders, and inventory.

Also, someone with the mechanical ability to rebuild steering gears and pumps.

Full Job Description

It is the responsibility of the parts counter salesman to provide quality customer service when selling parts to customers and providing parts to company technicians.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of parts and the fulfillment of parts orders
• Must have knowledge of organizing and maintaining Inventory
• Shipping & Receiving experience (UPS/FedEx/freight)
• Billing out parts on tickets
• Taking customer calls and inquiries
• You MUST be able to use the Internet & email
• Automotive knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude
• You must be well coordinated and able to communicate well
• Must have customer service and phone skills
• Must have good typing and computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must be a team player and motivated
• Drug-free
