Job Summary As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses. You will receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams, and then be taught the foundational skills needed to become an advisor – from acquiring, building, and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions. Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions. Earn your SIE within 30 days of hiring and your Series7 and Series66 within 120 days – a requirement for the role. Build your network by starting at a financial center and interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net‑worth clients. Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners, connecting clients to the solutions we provide through Bank of America and Merrill to meet virtually all their financial needs. Acquire, build, and manage client relationships; consider clients’ complex financial picture; guide them with advice and solutions while humanizing financial interactions. Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex, fast‑paced environment, learning and adapting to new technology or applications. Required Qualifications Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions. Success in creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Must register for the SAFE Act and successfully complete the required background check; failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination. Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire and Series7 & 66 within 120 days. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and a Bachelor’s degree, and/or has a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
