They believe physicians deliver the best care when they have the time, support, and autonomy to truly focus on their patients — not on rushed schedules or excessive administrative burden.This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and highly respected team that prioritizes physician satisfaction, work-life balance, and exceptional patient outcomes.Why Physicians Love This Opportunity:Competitive compensation package with $250,000 - $270,000 base + BonusUp to 10% annual bonus opportunitySign-on bonus up to $50,000Partnership track with no buy-in requiredMost physicians reach partnership within 12–18 monthsMonday–Friday schedule onlyNo nights, weekends, or hospital call100% outpatient practiceAverage of only 18 patients per daySmall patient panel capped at approximately 450 patientsDedicated admin time built into your scheduleTrue work-life balance with a supportive clinical environmentPractice with Support: You'll be backed by a dedicated care team so you can focus on what matters most — your patients.Personal Medical AssistantSchedulerReferral CoordinatorCollaborative interdisciplinary care modelPatient Population: Work with an appreciative senior patient population in a model designed to improve long-term health outcomes through preventative and personalized care. Physicians have the time and resources to build meaningful relationships with patients managing chronic conditions.Additional Clinic Resources:In-house specialty support including Cardiology, Podiatry, and moreHolistic wellness services including:AcupunctureNutrition counselingTai ChiYogaTransportation services provided for patients to improve access to careComprehensive Benefits Package:33 days PTOMedical, Dental, Vision, and supplemental coverage for physicians and families401(k) with 5.5% employer matchCME allowance of $3,500 plus one week of dedicated CME timeRequirementsQualifications:MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric MedicineActive and unrestricted medical licenseActive DEA licenseNO RESIDENTSNO VISA CANDIDATES
