Duties Manage and support a small but impactful team in our restaurant’s office. You’ll be the go-to person for partners and managers when it comes to policies, payroll, and administrative processes. Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and make sure our people have everything they need to succeed. Support the Operations Team & Business. Work closely with theGeneral Managerto implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks. Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Address any operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure the smooth flow of daily activities. Provide administrative support to the management team as needed. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Basic Qualifications Leadership potential, attention to detail, and the ability to manage people with confidence and care. Ability to work on multiple projects at once, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves! Possess excellent communication skills.
