Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level applications. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver robust solutions across Salesforce platforms and integrated enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative development.
• Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and sharing rules.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and MuleSoft.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II and Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with .NET or Java for integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and the Force.com Platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and business analysts.
• Lead solution architecture discussions and establish technical standards for Salesforce implementations.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other middleware technologies.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability by following Salesforce best practices.
• Document current and future-state architecture, technical specifications, and integration designs.
• Collaborate with Business, Development, Infrastructure, and PMO teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment strategies.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new platform capabilities.
