Job TitleNote - AmerisourceBergen has rebranded as Cencora.Location: Frisco, TXResponsibilitiesWork directly with Business POC's and independently perform development, testing, implementation and documentation relates to the SalesForce.com developmentDevelop and maintain apex and VisualForce code, AppExchange's, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutionsMaintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.Support train new end users on the salesforce.com applicationParticipate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operationsEffectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levelsIdentify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to IT/business teamsCreate technical specifications and process flows for new or modified systems and processes based on Business needs and recommend changes to ensure continuous business process optimizationSupport day to day application incident and Support requestsTeam player.Must HavesFinancial Force ExperienceTransitioning from one organization to another within SalesforcePrevious Exp. as a Salesforce Developer or Admin is greatly desiredTechnical Skills3 plus Years of SFDC Experience with focus on Apex and Visual Force development with two full cycle SFDC implementations1 plus years of front end development experience with HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and Bootstrap framework Experience in Responsive design, JavaScript frameworks/libraries will be an added advantage5 plus Years of Overall IT Experience Strong Expertise in Sales and Service Cloud Proficiency in SFDC development environment including Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web ServicesStrong Expertise in configuring Custom Objects and Fields, Validation Rules, Workflow's, Process Builder, Flows and Approval Processes and Reports and DashboardsExperience in designing and developing Integration Solutions using Web Service API's, REST and SOAP API's and data load using Bulk API's Salesforce App Builder, SFDC Developer II Certifications Lighting Enablement and Aura framework Awareness Exposure to Wave AnalyticsExposure to Marketing Cloud / Exact TargetKnowledge of Agile methodology and sprint based project deliveryFunctional knowledge of ITSM and ITIL support frameworkExposure or familiarity with Conga, Adobe eSign and Forseva App Exchange solutionsExperience in deployment/packaging using Change Sets, Eclipse, Ant scripts and Metadata API.
