Job Description:
- 6+ years of experience
- Strong Salesforce Service Cloud expertise (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, CTI integrations)
- OmniStudio
- AgentForce
- Data Cloud
- Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
- Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Strong UI/UX design capabilities (building modern, responsive frontends)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS fundamentals
- Ability to work in a hybrid, pod-based team environment
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps and APIs
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (agile, CI/CD, deployments)
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers and translate business requirements into solutions
- Directly contribute to 's migration from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud
- Build and customize Service Cloud applications (case management, agent consoles, knowledge base, omni-channel routing)
- Design and maintain Lightning Web Components and other UI features
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create consistent, user-friendly interfaces
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems for seamless data flow
- Optimize agent workflows through UI customization and automation
- Develop a universal look and feel across all member-facing applications
