This is not a cold-calling position. We provide pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments , allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

What You'll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Listen to customers' goals and help design their ideal bathroom remodeling project.
• Use our cutting-edge iPad presentation system to showcase products and visualize project options.
• Educate homeowners on premium bath and shower solutions, product benefits, warranty coverage, and financing options.
• Prepare customized proposals and present pricing.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project approval.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and stay current on products and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Central Pennsylvania.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-home sales experience.
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, solar, or flooring sales experience.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.

Compensation

Our top-performing representatives earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually , with some earning even more through our uncapped commission structure.
