Jim Paterson State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced Bilingual Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in providing professional customer service. You will be an important part of our front office, helping customers by phone and in person while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

No insurance experience is required. No insurance license is required. Training will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member.
• Assist customers with routine questions and requests.
• Accept and process customer payments accurately.
• Assist with billing questions and account-related requests.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
• Take messages and follow up with customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle information professionally.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
• Communicate with customers in both Spanish and English.
• Work with the team to provide prompt, courteous, and reliable service.

What We Offer

• $40,000$42,000 base salary
• 6 days of PTO/Sick time
• 2 weeks paid vacation (eligible after 1 year)

• Fluent in both Spanish and English required
• Previous receptionist, front-office, administrative, or customer service experience in a professional office preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and people-oriented
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Comfortable learning computer systems and office technology
• Ability to handle customer information with discretion
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
