Warehouse SupervisorThe Warehouse Supervisor is a member of the Local Purveyor's leadership team and is responsible for managing product movement within the route. Under general supervision of the Local Purveyor, the Warehouse Supervisor ensures proper execution and operational excellence with regard to picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management. This role requires a demonstrated passion for the Brand, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability exercise sound judgment.Essential FunctionsWarehouse OperationsResponsible for overall direction of warehouse operations including:Leading, directing, and supervising the activities of warehouse and/or delivery employees.Proper execution of delivery receiving, product rotation (FIFO), and order fulfillment.Validation of final order processing, scale operation, and customer invoicing.Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company health and safety regulations.Responsible for FSMA recordkeeping for warehouse operations.Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules for warehouse equipmentResponsible for completing and validating inventory control processes including:Conducting weekly physical count and placing weekly FB orderConfirming inventory movement, adjusting for changes (e.g. sale or focus items), and adjusting inventory levels to reduce shrink and minimize out of stock itemsResearching/authorizing credit memos and destruction of out of date productPersonnel ManagementAssist in recruiting, training, and development of Brand Concierges, Brand Associates, Brand Specialists, and Brand LeadersTrain new route employees on warehouse operationsComplete additional activities or special projects as assigned by Local PurveyorMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; including basic math and reasoningAbility to speak and read English2+ years of experience leadership experience in warehouse/distribution operations, preferably with perishable products1+ years of experience with Microsoft ExcelValid driver's license and clean driving record (for DOT only)Physical Requirements/Working ConditionsAbility to stand for a minimum of 4 hoursAbility to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawlAbility to lift or carry objects weighing up to 60 lbs.; push or pull objects up to 600 lbs.Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environmentThis position requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays based on the Local Purveyor's schedule.Training and Certification RequirementsPallet jackProper lifting techniquesForkliftDeli scale operation and sanitationFSMA Training7025 Professional Pkwy, Lakewood Ranch, FL, 34240, US
