About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Fundraising to spearhead the development and execution of a multi-year strategy aimed at significantly growing revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full fundraising lifecycle, including the establishment of clear goals, KPIs, and channel-specific plans. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in securing major gifts and long-term funding commitments across various channels, such as government, foundation, corporate, and individual giving. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading and mentoring a small development team, overseeing external partners, and collaborating closely with executive leadership and the Board to expand and diversify funding sources. Applicants for the Vice President of Fundraising position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in fundraising, development, or business development, with a strong emphasis on securing six- and seven-figure gifts. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a data-driven mindset and experience in managing pipelines and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for mission-driven work and community impact, capable of leading the organization in its efforts to deliver critical financial support services to underserved communities. Responsibilities also include overseeing fundraising operations, ensuring high-quality proposal development, and tracking performance metrics to report progress to leadership and the Board.
