You are responsible for creating a comfortable, friendly, and professional environment by greeting customers warmly, keeping the salon clean and organized, providing accurate wait times, and helping manage the flow of guests. * Q: Will I be expected to stand during my shift as a receptionist? A: Yes. The receptionist role in Great Clips salons is an active, on-your-feet position. You should be prepared to stand for the majority of your shift while greeting customers, maintaining the front area, and staying engaged with the flow of the salon. * Q: Do I need salon experience to apply? A: No. Prior salon experience isn't required. Training is provided, and customer service skills are most important. * Q: What kind of training is provided for Receptionists?
