Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to motivate teams, improve processes, and achieve production goals while maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and achieve operational goals.
• Analyze performance metrics, manage operating costs, and drive process improvements.

The essential functions of this role include:
