This is a fully remote, non-convertible contract role supporting the Brand Strategy/Management team and, specifically, the Brand Steward Program . The person will report to DeeDee Fowler, Marketing Director , and work very closely with Julia .

The role is best described as a Brand Operations / Program Coordinator with light project management and technology administration responsibilities . It is not a pure Project Manager role and is not highly technical.

What the Person Will Actually Do

The Brand Steward Program consists of employees and agency partners across Wells Fargo who help ensure the brand is represented correctly. This person will help keep that program organized and operating smoothly, including:

• Manage onboarding/offboarding of Brand Stewards and agency partners.
• Handle backend administration of platforms supporting the Brand Steward program.
• Help answer or route questions from Brand Stewards to the appropriate people.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for the large Brand Steward call held approximately every other month .
• Support updates and administration of Brand Central .
• Help maintain and eventually modernize the Brand Steward SharePoint site .
• Keep track of multiple activities, requests, stakeholders, and follow-ups independently.
• Participate in conversations with internal Technology teams around modernization efforts.
• Potentially assist with technology/RFP initiatives related to future brand platforms.

Most Important Candidate Skills

1. Communication & Stakeholder Management — Critical
This was emphasized repeatedly. The person will interact with employees, agency partners, internal teams and potentially leadership. They want someone who is polished, articulate, and comfortable being front-facing.

2. Organization / Executive Functioning — Critical
Julia specifically emphasized someone who can manage numerous moving pieces, stay organized, follow through, and independently check things off their list without constant direction .

3. Analytical / Business Acumen
They want someone who can understand issues, determine where to go for answers, ask good questions, and navigate a large organization.

4. SharePoint + Microsoft Tools
SharePoint experience is particularly valuable. Ideally someone who has created, managed, maintained or modernized SharePoint sites . General Microsoft Suite proficiency is expected.

5. Program / Project Coordination
Some PM skills are useful, but they do not need a traditional Project Manager . Think coordination, stakeholder follow-up, platform administration, process management and execution.

Nice-to-Haves

• Brand/marketing experience: Helpful but not required .
• Brand fluency: More important than having held a formal marketing role. Understanding terminology such as brand strategy, design, naming, etc. would help.
• Previous Wells Fargo experience: A plus because the person would already understand the large, matrixed organization.
• Experience with Brand Central, intranets or other internal employee-facing platforms .
• Experience participating in technology modernization or RFP initiatives .
• Adobe Creative Suite/design software familiarity is a bonus but not important to the day-to-day job .

AI Component

AI is not a major requirement , despite what the written description may imply.

They would like someone comfortable using Microsoft Copilot to work more efficiently. AI agent development or automation experience would be a nice bonus, but Julia specifically said she would

• Specialized knowledge to the brand steward program to optimize the program and lead process and communication improvements.

Position Summary:

• Support the Brand Activation team by advancing enterprise brand enablement capabilities through governance, automation, AI integration, and operational excellence.
• This role will help with Brand Steward communications, improve brand enablement tools and processes, support Brand Central operations, and partner across Technology, Marketing, and Communications teams to develop innovative solutions that increase brand adoption and consistency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Brand Central and related brand enablement tools.
• Lead and enhance Brand Steward onboarding, workflows, communications, reporting, and support processes.
• Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Explore and help integrate brand standards, guidance, and governance capabilities into AI-powered tools and agents.
• Partner with Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to define requirements and implement new brand enablement capabilities.
• Assist with brand learning opportunities including training materials, and change management resources that support enterprise adoption of brand tools and processes.
• Support strategic initiatives related to Brand Enablement Transformation and enterprise brand cohesion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in program management, governance, marketing operations, knowledge management, or digital platform administration.
• Experience with workflow automation, AI tools, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting change management, adoption, training, or community-based programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable process and technology solutions.

In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may:

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range: $75-$80/hr.
