Operating within a premier Level I Pediatric Trauma Center featuring 14 OR suites and 2 endoscopy procedure rooms, this high-paying position offers a structured 3x12 daytime schedule (06:30 AM - 19:00 PM / 6:30am - 7:00pm, weekdays). Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours guaranteed weekly. On-Call Requirements: Standby call is required. Clinical Scope & Responsibilities: Delivers comprehensive perioperative nursing care across 14 operating rooms and 2 endoscopy suites in a Level I Pediatric Trauma center. Responsibilities include circulating, EHR documentation, maintaining sterile field integrity, preparing surgical instrumentation, and scrubbing to assist surgeons across specialized pediatric cases. EMR Charting: Cerner EMR. REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of clinical OR RN experience is required. Pediatric OR experience is strongly preferred. Licensure: Active Texas RN License or active Compact/NLC Multistate License.
