This full-time on-site position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality urological care within a respected medical practice focused on patient outcomes and professional excellence.

As an Associate Urology physician you will diagnose and manage a broad range of urological conditions perform clinical evaluations and procedures and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a physician looking to grow within a dynamic medical practice environment in the Medical Practice industry.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnose and manage patients with urological conditions
• Perform outpatient consultations examinations and follow-up care
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic urological procedures and imaging studies
• Develop individualized treatment plans in line with current clinical guidelines
• Perform surgical and minimally invasive urological procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing staff specialists and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate timely and compliant patient medical records
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses treatment options and preventive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
• Adhere to medical ethics regulatory requirements and practice protocols

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Completed residency training in Urology
• Valid and unrestricted medical license eligible for practice in the United States
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills in urological care
• Proficiency in urological surgical and diagnostic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues
• Commitment to patient safety empathy and high standards of care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary on-site team
• Preferred: Experience in an associate or group practice setting

Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday 8- or 10-hour shifts

1:3 call rotation

Setting: Mostly outpatient some hospital rounds and inpatient consults

Daily Volume: 15-20 patients in clinic and 4-8 procedures in OR

Support Staff: 2 APPs 3 MOAs 6 clinical staff 1 first assist 1 UDS tech and 1 surgery scheduler
