Role Description
We're looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to maintain and enhance a suite of desktop applications, working across legacy systems and SQL databases to keep critical software running smoothly.
- Maintain and enhance desktop applications built in Delphi.
- Work with legacy systems to implement enhancements and resolve defects.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL database integrations (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
- Debug and resolve performance issues across live, business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver software improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Delphi development.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining desktop applications.
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with legacy system maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixing.
- Good understanding of software design, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience with API integrations or third-party service consumption is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/SVN) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in regulated or operationally critical software domains is a plus.
