A well-established health system on Californias Central Coast is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Endocrinology team in a 100% outpatient setting .

This is a highly supported role offering strong compensation, a collaborative team, and an excellent work-life balance.

Outpatient only adults (18+)

Established, team-based practice

Team Structure

2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd)

5 APPs + 3 CDCES

Pediatric Endocrinology partnership with UCSF Pediatric Endocrinology

Dedicated Social Worker

Role

Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting

Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators

Focus on follow-ups, treatment plans, and care coordination

Qualifications

NP or PA

Spanish required

Open to new grads or experienced providers

Strong clinical and communication skills
