A growing orthopedic practice on Californias Central Coast is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative surgical team in a beautiful coastal community near Monterey.

Position Highlights:

Join an established team of 8 Orthopedic Surgeons, 2 Podiatrists, and 3 APPs

Outpatient clinic located adjacent to Physical Therapy and minutes from the hospital

Blend of outpatient clinic coverage, surgical first assist, and inpatient rounding

Monday Friday schedule, 8am5pm

No call responsibilities

Strong physician mentorship and support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $171,000 $183,000

Additional wRVU productivity compensation

30 days PTO

CME: $2,000 + 5 days

401K with employer match

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 12 months of surgical experience post training preferred

At least one orthopedic rotation during training - New Grads welcome to apply!

Must meet surgical first assist credentialing requirements with 25 documented cases within the past 24 months
