Hourly Range: $17.05 - $17.00 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

What You'll Do

• Proactively engage with customers, showing genuine interest in understanding and addressing their needs. Notice subtle cues to personalize product recommendations.
• Storyteller who uses knowledge to make product suggestions feel meaningful.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Support multiple areas of the store including: sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment.

• Be at least 16 years of age.
