Your specific responsibilities include client administration, vital statistics, and medical records. This position requires a professional demeanor, the ability to work under stress, flexibility, sensitivity to client confidentiality, and a commitment to excellence. Employees are cross trained to perform any job function in the division to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer service while remaining mindful of and adhering to internal controls to prevent loss of government resources.

Duties and responsibilities include fiscal tasks, vital statistics, client administration, and medical records. The incumbent uses their ability to proactively identify and research issues while performing required duties. Communicate both issues and potential resolutions to their supervisor in a timely manner. Ensures that standard operating procedures are in place to provide continuity of services in their absence. Participates in a minimum of one quality improvement initiative per year.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include the use of a personal computer for word processing tasks, exceptional customer service, effective communication, and a willingness to assist others. Minimum qualifications include GED or high school certification, a valid Florida driver's license, daily cash handling experience, and the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
