Commercial Project Manager

A fast-growing commercial general contractor in Northeast Ohio is adding multiple Project Managers to their team! Their work is mostly tenant improvement with some ground-up projects, so no two jobs are the same. This is a great opportunity to run your own projects with a stable team behind you. Project Manager Responsibilities:

Manage commercial projects from estimate through closeout
Own budgets, schedules and project financials
Solicit bids and award subcontracts and purchase orders
Lead weekly client meetings and progress updates
Support superintendents and assistant project managers in the field
Process pay applications and closeout documents

Project Manager Qualifications:

3-5 years of commercial project management experience
Tenant improvement experience, with some ground-up a plus
Strong cost, scheduling and communication skills
Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required

Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

$100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
