Salary: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

Job Description
The Billing Clerk at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek will be responsible for the pre-owned side of the business. Our pre-owned department sells over 200+ cars monthly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posts all car deals and pay off trades.
- Makes entries into the CDK system.
- Following up on outstanding items.
- Manage the physical inventory of pre-owned vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred:
- At least 1+ years working in a dealership business office.
- Quick learner and ability to take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task.
- Ability to walk around several lots and work outside.
- Ability to work independently on a computer, knowledge or MS Office systems and CDK.
Required:
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
(The Billing Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $22.00 and $26.00.)
