Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the landscape company's operations across its Maintenance and Tree/Install divisions. This individual will manage all aspects of estimating, project management, business development, and client relationship management to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of landscape operations, a strategic approach to project management, and a passion for growing the business.

Requirements
- Landscape Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management within the landscaping and construction/maintenance industry.
- Strong background in project management, estimating, business development, and client relationship management.
- Extensive experience in managing successful departments and operational financial performance.
- Experience in business development and account acquisitions.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and network effectively within business communities to develop new business.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aspire or the like, (ERP, CRM etc.).
