Position: Barista Join The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in delivering premium coffee and tea experiences to guests. As a Barista you will craft beverages, share product knowledge, and help build a loyal local fan base. Responsibilities Serve as a warm host guiding guests through the coffee experience, providing exceptional customer service. Create coffee moments by sharing your knowledge and the company’s sustainability practices. Become a coffee & tea expert, delivering high‑quality drinks and upholding quality standards. Generate new guests by engaging with walk‑in customers and promoting the brand. Maintain a safe, healthy workplace and follow all safety procedures. Contribute to store organization, stock management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and enthusiasm for coffee and tea. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, including physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
