Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed. Material pickup and delivery, as well as unloading at either job site or the warehouse. Responsible for dumpster delivery to the job site and taking the dumpster to the landfill, emptying and returning to the job site as needed. Fleet management, such as inspections and maintenance. Implement and maintain safety procedures to create a secure work environment. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands. The position will require frequent lifting up to 75 lbs. Qualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish. Prior experience in warehouse management or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
