Overview Serenity Dental is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Magnolia, TX. Compensation: $24-26 per hour, based on experience, with monthly bonus opportunities Schedule Full-time 5-day work week Some Saturdays Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Lunch provided on weekends Requirements 2+ years of dental office experience Familiarity with Open Dental software Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience assisting the office manager with workflow, training others, and some AR Experience with answering multi-phone lines, treatment planning, and insurance verifications Excellent customer service skills Team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
