Treasury System Analyst

Job Description In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring and optimizing our core treasury management system, Wall Street Suite (WSS), ensuring seamless processing of financial and commercial transactions across our North American affiliates. Reporting to the Treasury Systems Manager, you will help drive accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in treasury operations that support TFS’s mission to deliver exceptional financial services. Support month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Partner with treasury and cash management teams across TFS and affiliates in Canada and Mexico to address business needs Maintain custom reports for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility Manage documentation and approvals to uphold internal controls and compliance standards Assist with audit preparation by gathering necessary system support and documentation Investigate and resolve application defects related to transaction processing, cash settlements, and accounting within WSS Conduct quality assurance testing and perform data analysis using SQL and treasury system tools Collaborate cross-functionally to test system upgrades, pa tches, and process improvements Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing WSS processes and procedures Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year Qualifications
