Senior Payroll Administrator
The Senior Payroll Administrator will manage payroll processing for approximately 140 employees across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution through ADP. This role supports primarily union, processing payroll, audits, deductions, taxes, benefits, and timekeeping administration. The position will also handle HR-related activities such as onboarding, employment verifications, workers' compensation, disability claims, and FMLA documentation. In addition, the individual will support Accounts Payable functions including invoice processing, vendor management, and contractor onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
