Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney in Knoxville, TN. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support in employment law, advising clients on state and federal matters and managing employment-related documentation. Duties Provide legal advice on employment law under state and federal regulations. Prepare and review employment-related documents. Support clients in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and compliance matters. Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial. Monitor and advise on legislation, regulations, and case law. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Organize and monitor client files effectively. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in employment law. Experience in client advice and counseling preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in managing time and resources independently. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Skills Strong advocacy and client interaction skills.
