This role will support the Territory Manager by assisting with daily operations, including recruiting new applicants, guiding applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, filling customers’ open positions, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, generating sales, and more. Employment Types: Full Time, Temporary, or Contract. Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour. Duties: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates. Navigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing app JobStack. Enter inbound orders from new and existing customers into our system. Proactively recruit new applicants and match them with our customers’ open positions. Process payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner. Promote a culture of safety by keeping safety and compliance top of mind. Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Customer service and/or sales experience. Effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi‑task effectively. Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office. Periodic local travel to client sites; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Background check required. Minimum age 18 years.
