Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Schedule: 7am–7pm | 3.5 days per week | Every other weekend required

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Maywood Senior Living. In this role, you will provide hands-on care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment. This position is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, attentive, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

• Current CNA certification in the State of Illinois

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills

• Experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting

• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature

• Assist with medication delivery as directed by nursing staff

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to residents

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment

• Report any resident health or behavioral changes to the nursing team
