Realty Project Coach

Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach, you join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will take ownership in delivering store remodels, new stores, and special projects in stores across the US, ensuring projects are done on time, within budget, and meet top‑notch quality standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver store remodels, new stores, and special projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations. Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel frequently to projects across the US (up to 1000 miles from home; 80% of the time or 17–21 days at a time). Primarily work overnight shifts (10–12 hours). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; OR 3 years of experience in same areas. Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design. Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams. Preferred: Master’s degree in Business; 1 year of leading cross‑functional teams; Project Management — Management Professional Certification. Additional Requirements Reliable transportation. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensure compliance with company policies and support company mission, values, and ethics. Provide and support implementation of business solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. Compensation Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock options.
