Clinical Supervisor

Job Title Clinical Supervisor Location King of Prussia, PA, USA Employee Type Full-Time Employee Working Hours 40 hours per week. Monday‑Friday, 8AM‑5PM EST. Compensation $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year, plus a potential quarterly bonus. Base compensation range is fixed with a maximum cap of $95,000.00. Benefits Medical Benefits: Health, Vision & Dental. Retirement: 401(k) with 4% company match. PTO: 15 days. Responsibilities Provide supervision and direction for field staff and act as a liaison between field and office staff. Monitor clinicians via HCHB reports. Update clinical records as related to communications, orders, re‑hospitalizations, conflicts, etc. Evaluate and address customer concerns, including documentation and resolution. Communicate with sales personnel regarding customer issues that may affect referral source relationships. Communicate with clinicians and physicians when an adult protective services referral is required. Evaluate client episodes to determine appropriate discharges versus recertification and to initiate orders as appropriate. Review and manage visit‑time exception requests. Review staff schedules to assure productivity, communicate with PSC regarding staff availability, and provide the Clinical Manager with projected productivity for staff once per week. Obtain physician orders for field staff, laboratory results and resumption‑of‑care orders as needed. Directly manage the POD’s Clinical Field Staff, assigning tasks, setting objectives and establishing measurable outcomes. Develop and engage POD’s Clinical Field Staff by fostering a motivating work environment that recognizes and rewards strong performance. Review and approve orders, evaluation documentation, and frequency of visits. Review potential LUPA cases with ACD. Participate in staff meetings and in‑services. Distribute monthly staff‑meeting information to absent staff. Conduct case conferences with assigned field staff as required. Perform annual performance evaluations on field staff. Collaborate with clinicians to develop a clinically appropriate patient visit frequency. Assist agency personnel in coordinating patient/client services. Serve as a liaison between the organization, referral sources and patients/clients. Assist in educating staff regarding hospitalizations. Maintain Medicare guidelines regarding consents, ABN and non‑provider coverage forms. Qualifications Good and sound clinical judgment. Accurate and appropriate documentation skills. Holding a license in good standing as a Registered Nurse, PT, OT, or SLP issued by the State of Pennsylvania. Empathetic, non‑judgmental, tactful, responsible, professional and organized. Understanding of the team approach and ability to be a supportive team member. Regular and punctual attendance required to ensure consistent workflow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, PT, OT, or SLP in a home‑care or applicable setting. A minimum of one (1) year of management experience preferred. Possession of an Associate Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or applicable degree or therapy. Maintaining a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance coverage and access to a reliable automobile. Maintaining a professional license, certificate or registration in good standing.
