HR Manager

Human Resources Manager We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives at our Green Bay, WI manufacturing facility and its associated off‑site warehouse. The role requires a partner‑like approach to operational leadership while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Foster strong partnerships with operations and production teams to drive business results while ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations. Provide expert advice and coaching to department managers and front‑line leadership on HR matters including attendance management, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline. Lead labor‑relations efforts (for represented sites), including contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and collaboration with union representatives. Support the management, implementation, and communication of HR programs such as recognition programs, employee feedback forums, engagement survey action planning, and plant communications. Interpret and apply policies to ensure compliance with attendance, paid time off, job transfers, accommodation processes, etc. Manage staffing and recruitment needs, onboarding, and new‑hire orientation processes. Maintain data integrity in HRIS (Workday); audit entries and ensure accurate reporting. Address employee inquiries and concerns proactively, facilitating investigations where necessary. Safeguard personnel confidentiality and maintain professional, consistent approaches to personnel matters. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education). Five or more years of HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred. Strong experience in unionized or collective bargaining environments preferred. Advanced problem‑solving and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong accountability and continuous‑improvement mindset. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday (and Dimensions/UKG preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work flexible hours as needed; first‑shift on‑site. Compensation range: $99,200 to $148,800 annually; additional discretionary merit and bonus opportunities may apply.
