Floor Maintenance Technician

Floor Maintenance Technician – Janitorial Services Hourly: $16.00 per hour. Must be flexible to work weekends. Part‑time role with flexible schedule. Overview The role involves the overall maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Responsibilities include timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule, proper care of floor machinery, anticipating and recommending floor care needs, and promoting a safe work environment. Responsibilities Perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpets. Follow scheduled floor care plan. Maintain and operate floor care equipment. Identify and recommend floor care needs. Ensure a safe and clean work environment. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. No janitorial experience required; training provided. Successful drug screening and background check.
