575k Salary with 100k Signing Bonus+ | No Weekend Call | Four-Day Workweek

A not for profit multispecialty team just north of Syracuse is looking for a non-invasive cardiologist who wants strong earnings, a four-day workweek, and a schedule with real boundaries. No weekend call, 1:6 weekday rotation, and a compensation structure that rewards productivity without demanding burnout make this one worth a serious look.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of 575,000+ negotiable based on experience, with RVU incentives pushing total comp past 800,000
• 100,000 sign-on bonus, 10,000 relocation assistance, and 25,000 annual quality bonus
