If you thrive outdoors, enjoy hands-on work, and want a role where your effort truly matters, apply today and start shaping a cleaner, safer environment.Pay: Stormwater Repair Crew Members earn a competitive hourly wage of $18–$22, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits:PTO8 Paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision401K + match up to 3%Bonus potentialCompany vehicles for positions that require itCompany Provided UniformReferral Program If this sounds like the right opportunity, keep reading!  SCHEDULE FOR OUR STORMWATER REPAIR CREW MEMBER:This is a full-time role with regular hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus occasional Saturday work. YOUR ROLE AS A STORMWATER REPAIR CREW MEMBER:In this position, you'll review scopes of work with your crew leader, then dive into tasks like grading, excavation, erosion control, pipe installation, turf establishment, mowing, planting, and invasive plant removal. You'll operate and maintain tools and equipment safely, ensuring every repair helps restore and protect North Carolina's waterways.In order to do this, you'll need the following:Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industryExperience using landscaping equipment such as mowers and hand toolsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsComfortable working on steep slopes, around water, and wildlifeExcellent time management skillsHigh attention to detailPositive attitude with excellent communication skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsA valid driver's license is preferred. OUR COMPANYAt Triangle Pond Management, LLC, we're more than an environmental company-we're a team dedicated to creating and maintaining healthy, beautiful aquatic environments throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, and beyond.
