Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Hackensack, New Jersey. Assignment Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Home visits and periodic office meetings Responsibilities Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions via home visits, maintaining continuity of care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active State License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance. Benefits Weekly, on‑time pay.
