About the Role: As a Machine Operator, you will work with cutting-edge equipment to fabricate precision parts for industry-leading products. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a talented production team, this is the opportunity for you!

Your Daily Impact:

• Set up and operate vertical milling machines (G-CODE experience preferred)
• Prepare, cut, and finish raw materials according to blueprints
• Safely handle materials using overhead cranes and hoists
• Inspect and assemble die components to exact specifications (+/- 0.001 mm)
• Manage machine maintenance and inventory of tools/parts
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Your Background:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent technical training, or 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (support and accommodations available)
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and a team player
