Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Counsel Care Mental Health, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at providing excellent patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) based on individual patient circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective care for patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Staying informed about current research and trends in mental health and integrating new knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse group of patients experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your primary focus will be providing support to individuals coping with the emotional and psychological ramifications of terminal illness, grief, loss, and end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
